Richard is the founder, of National Security Training Academy and managing director of our parent company (National Security Training Academy Limited,)

Richard has over 30 years experience in the security industry, and is the author of several books in the series ‘The Australian Security Industry’ which are extensively used as reference material during the delivery of courses.

Richard possesses a Diploma of training and assessment, and an Advanced diploma in security and risk management.

Richard is primarily responsible for Course development, Quality Assurance and accreditation compliance of the National Security Training Academy group of companies

Sharyn is responsible for the day to day management of National Security Training Academy and has over 20 years experience in the security industry.

Sharyn possesses a  Certificate IV in training and assessment and attended and completed a Firearms Instructor program at the Queensland Police Academy in 1992,
